Policy changes
To add a truck, send the VIN, year, make and value. To add a driver, send their name, date of birth and license number. We'll confirm when the change is made and send updated ID cards and certificates. Call (562) 920-9116 or email permits@pacificcoastins.com.
Report a claim
- Make sure everyone is safe and call 911 if anyone is hurt.
- Take photos of all vehicles, the scene and any cargo damage.
- Get the other driver's name, insurance and plate number, plus witness contacts.
- Don't admit fault at the scene.
- Call your insurance company's claims line on your ID card, then let us know so we can help.
